I finished my goal of 6 paintings all of the same thing.  One is a watercolor.  I used to do a lot of watercolors.  It was fun doing this one and I think I'll do some more.

I've been playing with found objects.  I've been going to goodwill, flee markets and just looking around the house and finding things to turn into art.  These are just a few examples.

These are paintings I did at a workshop last week. The workshop was giben by Qiang Huang. He is an

artist from China living in Texas now. What a treat to watch him paint! The paintings I do at workshops

never turn out very well, but that's a good thing. It means I'm learning something. (I hope!)

Qiang belongs to the daily paintworks. They have a challenge every week that's always a great learning
